Weapons

The weapons in Bullet Time are the primary means of attacking the mutants. Weapons can be bought in the store with silver or crystals. To access the store, swipe right on the main menu until you see the buy weapons page. Some weapons are unlocked only when the player reaches a certain level. Usually the best weapons can only be bought with crystals and these weapons do not require a minimum player level.

Each weapon has its own base stats regarding its damage ability and critical chance. The damage stat refers to the damage output per second given by the weapon. Different weapons also have different number of slots for add-ons to improve their ability. Better weapons have higher damage and critical chance and more slots for add-ons. A color scheme is used to indicate the weapon tier. A weapon with its name in orange is of the highest tier, followed by those in purple, blue, green and white (default).

In Bullet Time, any players have infinite ammo and they do not have to buy it separately. Although there is no concern for ammo conservation, the character would slow down to aim while shooting. Even for guns that require quite some time to reload, holding down the shoot button would keep the character in slow motion. This issue leads to the view of running and gunning with certain types of weapon.

Classes of Weapons

There are 7 different classes of weapons in Bullet Time, each with its own characteristics. Pistols, rifles and shotguns are classified into a broader group called guns.

By "splash damage" do you mean everyone caught in the explosion gets the same amount of damage?
Bravo Two Admin 12 years ago
I personally opt for the Behemoth because of its long range (longest of all weapons) and splash damage. But I have seen good players running so well with the Minotaur or the Gojira using the speed boost. If you keep in mind that you should always run and gun with all weapons (assuming you are playing coop multiplayer), the ones you suggested are all good primary weapons.

should I go for the minotaur, behemoth or for the mighty Gojira?
Bravo Two Admin 12 years ago
Yes. The damage stat is the total damage output per second, which is the damage per shot multiplied by the fire rate in seconds.

Is Damage is count by Damage per second right? not damage for shot.

Do you guys have any idea when the new update is coming? I am looking forward to the update thinking they will fix the bug in chapter 3, part 3, hell mode so I can finally finish it. Sorry if I brought this issue up in here.

That depends a lot on your style. Some would prefer the shotgun because you can run faster, some others would prefer the flamer because you would not miss the target with a flamer. In any case, you will add the poison add-on to these close-ranged weapons. But it takes quite some skills to run and gun with the flamer. By the way, the Behemoth has a higher fire rate than the Nine-Inch.

Ok well sorry to ask so many questions but I want to be certain. Personally my nine-inch is a breeze at killing ennemies and it has about the same fire rate as he behemoth so i'll stick with my crossbow. I love the shotguns speed and rate of fire but the phoenix is tempting. Shotgun or flamer?

I see that you have the Nightgaunt already. Are you sure you want to spend that many crystals on high-fire-rate weapons? Speed is really important. You will know when you progress in coop multiplayer. You can try something like an RPG or a shotgun. If you really prefer high-fire-rate weapons, why not save more crystals for the Gojira? Well, it will take some time but a 330 damage does mean something despite being slow.
